One Programme, Four Product Families
Pipeline projects rarely buy one fitting type at a time. A single line list can call for butt weld elbows and tees in carbon steel, weld neck flanges in Class 300, a set of forged socket weld fittings for instrument take-offs, and the pipe to join them. Our programme is organised so those items can be quoted, produced, inspected and packed together: butt weld fittings, forged flanges, forged fittings and steel pipes, all from one works in Mengcun.
Two terms organise the range. Steel pipe fittings is the umbrella: everything that changes direction, branches, reduces or closes a steel pipeline. Butt weld fittings are the core of the range — the welded elbows, tees, reducers, caps, stub ends and bends that carry the main flow lines. Around them sit the flanged joints, the high-pressure forged small-bore fittings, and seamless and ERW pipe in matching grades.
Product Families

Butt Weld Elbows
Catalogue elbow executions by material: A234 WPB in 90° LR Sch 40, 45° SR STD and 90° SR XS; A403 WP304L in 90° LR Sch 10S.

Pipe Flanges
Weld neck, slip-on, blind, threaded, socket weld, lap joint, orifice and spectacle blind flanges — each type page states its own catalogue executions.

Forged Fittings
Socket weld and threaded forged fittings — the ASME B16.11 family. Each type page states its own catalogue execution.

Steel Pipes
Seamless and ERW carbon steel pipe to ASTM A106, A53 and API 5L, supplied with the fittings that join it.
Butt Weld Reducers
Concentric reducers in A234 WPB, ASME B16.9 pattern — Sch 80 to 160, NACE executions listed.
Standards and Materials
Each family has a governing dimensional standard that buyers specify against: ASME B16.9 for wrought butt weld fittings (current editions also cover the short-radius elbows and returns that older editions of the series placed in B16.28), ASME B16.5 for flanges up to NPS 24 and B16.47 for larger diameters, and ASME B16.11 for forged fittings. Carbon steel grades centre on ASTM A234 WPB in the butt weld catalogue executions and ASTM A105 in the flange and forged catalogue executions; stainless on ASTM A403 WP304L in the catalogue elbow execution. Further grades in each family — and any DIN, JIS or other standard a project names — are confirmed against the specific product at enquiry. Wall thickness is ordered to the schedule of the connecting pipe, within the schedule series of the governing standard.
Formed and Tested at the Works
Production at the works runs through forming presses for pipe and elbows, blanking, beveling, flange forming and drilling. The works has a dedicated testing room equipped with an optical spectrum analyzer, impact testing, carbon-sulphur analysis and tensile testing equipment, as shown in the company tour published on the official website. Surface treatment and packing for an order are agreed at quotation — state any requirement on the enquiry.
Export Supply
Our fittings and flanges are exported to buyers in Europe, the Middle East, Southeast Asia and other regions, for petroleum, chemical, machinery, electric power, shipbuilding, papermaking and construction service. Send a line list or a set of drawings: cast and forged parts can also be produced and machined to customer drawings and samples.
Frequently Asked Questions
What is the minimum order quantity and lead time?
MOQ and lead time depend on the product type, size and quantity, so they are confirmed in the quotation for your exact specification rather than published as a fixed policy. Send the sizes, schedules or classes, grades and quantities you need and we will quote both with the price.
Which standards should I specify for fittings and flanges?
Buyers typically specify ASME B16.9 for butt weld fittings (short-radius elbows and returns were covered by ASME B16.28 in older editions and are included in current B16.9 editions), ASME B16.5 and B16.47 for flanges, and ASME B16.11 for forged fittings. DIN and JIS patterns also appear in individual catalogue listings. Name the standard your project requires on the enquiry, so compliance can be confirmed for the specific products before order.
Can you supply certificates with an order?
Certificates are available upon request. Tell us at enquiry stage which documents your project requires so they can be prepared with the shipment.
Can you make fittings to drawings?
Yes. Alongside the standard ranges, cast and forged parts can be produced and machined to customer drawings and samples — include the drawing or sample details in your enquiry.
Send Your Specification
Tell us the size, schedule or pressure class, material grade and quantity for the steel pipe fittings you need. MOQ and lead time are confirmed in the quotation for your exact specification.
